The European Delegation to the Philippines awarded the project bid for the 2017 European Higher Education Fair (EHEF) to LDL Marketing. With less than 2 months to prepare for the 7 th run of the event, the agency was tasked to handle event conceptualization and management, PR management, and digital media requirements.
This 1-day fair held in Shangri-La Plaza mall was participated in by more than 20 higher education institutions from 10 EU member states, and drew over 1,200 eager participants.
To amplify PR efforts, the “EHEF Ambassadors of Goodwill” were introduced. These ambassadors are accomplished individuals in their respective field of expertise who have studied in the EU region.
In lieu of the traditional ribbon cutting ceremony, the Heads of Delegation, EHEF Ambassadors of Goodwill, Erasmus+ Scholars, and representatives from partner organizations were given a custom-designed building block to symbolize each ones commitment in encouraging Filipinos to pursue higher education in the EU region.
The event gathered more than P20M worth of PR values, with 65 pick-ups in print, online, and broadcast media combined.
